"U know what? In 5 days we’ll turn 16 years of long friendship. I’d like to celebrate it on a special place where we can be all alone. Only the three of us..." wrote Slovenya.

Ryanna smiled and turned to her best friend and winked at her, happily. Then she turned to the paper and replied to her..

"OK. We’ll talk about it on lunch break with Sarah, what do you say?"

She folded the little paper and passed it to Slovenya, who quickly opened it with excitement.

"OK", she finally wrote.

~~AT LUNCH~~

Ryanna and Slovenya told Sarah about it.

"So, what do you think, Sarah?" Ryanna asked smiling widely.
"I don’t know. To the movies?"

Ryanna sighed.

"No. We want to celebrate it on a place where there’s no one else, except us. Totally alone. Without distractions", said Ryanna.
"Um, to a field?" replied little Sarah.
"Hmm. That wouldn’t be bad", said Ryanna turning to Slovenya.
"There are people there. There are animals. There are cows, horses. We need something more isolated", Slovenya responded to the girls.
"Yeah, you’re right", Ryanna told as she drank water from her bottle.
"I’m out of ideas. You guys pick", said Sarah eating her salad.
"Um, we could go--", said Slovenya when she was interrupted by Ryanna then.
"I know where we can go! But please, don’t argue with me", said Ryanna with puppy eyes.
"Come on, spit it out", Slovenya said excited.

Ryanna smirked to them and finally spoke.

"To the woods"

There was a moment of absolute silence.

"To the woods? Have you lost your mind?" asked surprised Slovenya.
"It would be cool. There’s nobody there. It’s completely isolated. Just like we want", responded still smirking.
"OK. I’m in", said Sarah still eating.
"Wait. Ryanna, it’s completely dark at night. It’s very dangerous"
"No, it’s not. It’s spooky. Nobody around. Oohhh", mocked Ryanna.
"Stop it! No", said firmly Slovenya.
"You don’t have to get upset", Ryanna said serious.
"I’m not upset! I’m being realistic!"

Sarah laughed at her comment.

"Shut up, Sarah!" demanded Slovenya.
"Sorry", she apologized with a grimace.
"Isn’t that what you wanted? A place where we could be all alone?" Ryanna asked her.
"Well, yeah, but--" she got cut off then.
"But nothing. We will go there. And that’s it. It’ll be great. Believe me", said Ryanna in a calm voice now.
"Yeah, Slovy. It will be great. Remember it’s our friendship that counts", said smoothingly little Sarah with a sweet smile on her face.

Slovenya didn’t like very much the idea, but after all they were best friends, right? They always have been together, in everything. So, what could possibly be so wrong now? It was only a celebration of their friendship...

"OK", she finally accepted, but not with a happy face.
"Great. I’ll talk to my parents tonight", said excited Ryanna.
